Making Tuition Payments

Tuition payments are made through FACTS Management. FACTS Management charges a $45.00 fee per family. Payments can be made monthly (10 or 12 month installments) or quarterly. 8th and 12th grade students are required to have all tuition paid before May 20, 2025. Payment made in full by July 10, 2024, including class fees, will receive a $100.00 discount.

Financial Aid, Scholarships & Grants

Tuition Grants/Need-Based Financial Aid

These range from $500 - $1500. Forms are available at the time of registration and students can re-apply on a yearly basis. All families must apply through FACTS Grant and Aid. Families may apply online here.

Memorial Scholarships

Sponsor students through gifts given as a memorial or in honor of someone.

Father Don McMaster Scholarships

This scholarship of $1,000 is awarded to freshmen who have earned the highest rank in Mathematics, English, and overall achievement. These scholarships are renewable each year as long as the student has achieved success in academics and has exhibited exemplary behavior.

The awards are offered based on the following criteria.

  • Scholarship/Admissions/Placement test
  • Elementary and Middle school performance
  • Eighth grade standardized testing information

IMPACT Scholarship

This scholarship $1500 is designed to reward individuals for their academics, character and talent. Scholarship recipients will be individuals entering grades 9-12 that will make an impact in the Our Lady of Mount Carmel School community. IMPACT stands for Individuals Motivated to Perform through Academics or Character or Talent.

Knott Scholarships

The Knott Scholarship Funds have been providing merit based, full-tuition scholarships for academically talented Catholic elementary and secondary school students for 41 years. Awarded in the 4th grade for grades 5 through 8, or 8th grade for grades 9 through 12, scholarships are awarded to Catholic students in the Archdiocese of Baltimore who wish to attend a Catholic school. Applications are available beginning in January and are due in March for awards for the following year.
