AdvancED
All Archdiocesan high schools and elementary schools are accredited as a system through AdvancED. This school year marks the beginning of each school’s participation in a self-study in order to support their continuous improvement process. The Department of Catholic Schools is preparing for the system-wide accreditation review, which will culminate in a visit by an AdvancED External Review Team in November 2016. Each school is evaluated based on the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools. These standards and benchmarks can be found at http://www.catholicschoolstandards.org.
